Abstract:
This paper describes how Wells Fargo and the Paciello Group planned, executed and achieved relevant results from an in-depth research study conducted using participants with disabilities, who use assistive technology to access digital tools and content. Study logistics, findings, and utilisation of the results and participants' stories are explained in detail.
