Abstract: The phrase ’compliance education’ can merit a bleak response. At times, institution’s compliance functions are associated with occupational constraint rather than encouraging ethical progress. Furthermore, employees overwhelmed by an abundance of trainings can experience fatigue. To encourage a positive response, strategic digital solutions that use learning mediums familiar to the user are necessary. This paper aims to provide insight on how videos can be used to improve compliance education.
