Delivering outstanding cash management in a consolidating payments market

Abstract: This paper considers whether and how the payments market might be consolidating. It examines the revenue streams that are tied to payments activity and links between cash management and other banks businesses. It reviews key strategies and approaches as to how banks can approach cash management internally and deliver an outstanding service externally.
