Abstract:
This study applies the author’s mobile payments experience from a large US retailer to a set of strategic levers, monetised into a business case and supported with a roadmap of initiatives. The study provides retail executives and other players across the payment chain (eg acquirers) with a template to leverage in their mobile payment strategies.
