How retailers can build generational specific supply chains

Abstract: Retailers service multiple age groups. While different generations have different technology adoption profiles, their desire for a seamless experience is constant. This paper examines how supply chain leaders in retail can use this research to build low-cost, effective and generationally relevant supply chains.
