Abstract: Navigating the world of supplier management for your contingent labour programme can be challenging. Nevertheless, choosing, supporting and managing your labour supply base is critical to your company’s overall success. This paper seeks to shed more light on this issue and takes a more in-depth look at what is happening in the world of work, why you should care, and how to leverage your talent supply chain to prepare your organisation for the changes that are coming.
