Abstract:
With the unstable economic environment of 2010, when investments really need to pay off, it is important to get the most out of online investments. In most financial firms there are two substantial costs: servicing customers through live channel support, as well as printing and mailing costs which can be staggering. Knowing how to make every online investment count will make you a hero with your executive teams, and will allow you to reinvest the proceeds of your investments in more creative online experiences that will scale your business and differentiate you from your competitors.
