Abstract:
Executing information technology (IT) projects in the equities operations space of an investment bank is always challenging. Coordinating a number of IT and business teams, complexity in preparation and application of static data, managing software environments, and preparing and executing test cases all make projects in this space very interesting. This paper looks at 12 best practices that should be considered when executing IT projects in equities operations.
