Abstract:
This paper provides a high-level description of the components contained within the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 that affect OTC derivatives trading and clearing processes. The focus is on the functional implications of the rules, and what it means for the investment management community.
