Abstract:
This paper discusses the challenges within the transfer agency and how with the advent of new and exciting technology, a forward-thinking transfer agent can survive and grow. Change is happening across the financial services space, and the customary transfer agency stance of delaying is not an option if it wants to remain relevant in the age of disruption.
