Abstract: This paper analyses the response to the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) Consultation Paper on the draft technical standards on disclosure requirements, operational standards and access conditions under the Securitisation Regulation (ESMA33-128-107).1 The Consultation Paper was published on 19th December, 2017, on ESMA’s homepage.
