Abstract: Securities markets are going digital, and business processes are transforming. All securities markets participants must partake in this transformation. While clients need online and more available services, securities markets must consider the regulation aspect of transformation, as well as ways to provide services using online solutions. Financial services are going online. This change is bringing big opportunities for developing a wide range of products and services. In this paper, we discuss the importance of digitalisation, the ways to achieve it and the kind of solutions that are comparable with digital trends and expected by customers.
