Abstract:
This paper looks at the key factors in building a healthy community, which include the ability to access fair finance; power residing locally in determining community problems; and communities being able to resolve these issues. These factors have become increasingly critical for creating flourishing communities that actively participate in, and benefit from, sustainable economic growth.
