Housing in London: The potential of land owned by transport authorities
Richard De Cani
Journal of Urban Regeneration and Renewal, 2016, vol. 10, issue 1, 8-14
Abstract:
This paper explores the relationship between transport and housing and examines the opportunity for using transport and rail stations in particular as a focal point for housing development. In doing so it considers the potential changes in planning policy and regulation that would be required to facilitate this and the scale of opportunity that exists.
