Abstract: This paper explores the transformative changes required to address patient needs in innovative and personalised ways. The discussion delves into innovative and personalised solutions, including digital applications, virtual visits, artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. The authors emphasise the importance of meeting patients where they are through state-of-the-art digital solutions and propose transforming from a traditional health system to an integrated health platform. The paper includes topics such as the recent surge in digital applications and virtual visits during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning in helping consumers better understand and manage their own health.
