Abstract:
In many organisations, there is no clear relationship between risk management and the practice of knowledge management. By adopting knowledge management processes, organisations can improve enterprise-wide implementation of risk management. This paper considers the application of processes to enterprise risk management (ERM), concentrating in the first instance on knowledge sharing. Within a cluster, the results show a possible relationship between the quality of knowledge sharing and system integration and the perceived value of ERM. In general, the relationship between the perceived value of ERM and knowledge sharing is significant but low.
