Abstract: into account the strategic importance and versatility of agriculture for the country, solving the problem of food security of the country and the development of agriculture as an important condition for economic independence, the large role of agriculture as a production sector in generating income for the population and providing employment, and other activities aimed at ensuring the development of intersectoral relations by obtaining the necessary resources from their fields, creating conditions for the functioning of various segments of the agricultural market, attracting investments in certain areas of the agri-food complex by creating and regulating financial lows and creating conditions for their effective use, conditions for the normal operation of the agri-food complex throughout the country. Scientifically based proposals have been developed to regulate the possibility of achieving an increase in the level of infrastructure development, which has a positive effect on the formation of a system of macroeconomic indicators that, taking into account the unique characteristics of agriculture, can protect it from the destructive effects of the market and ensure its further development.
