Evaluation as an organizational growth of a contemporary employee

Abstract: In order to survive and prosper, organizations need to respond in a timely and flexible way to change. Organizations are increasingly recognizing that the key to their success is largely contingent upon the capabilities of their employees—their human capital. In order to achieve the results expected regarding the human resource, a organization must have a training department, department that has to consider the need of training, to measure this need so that the management can take the necessary steps to improve the economical status of the organization.
