Abstract:
The study of the evolution of mutual guarantee societies in Argentina highlights that some operative solutions adopted by such companies can be suitable also in the Italian frame. Particularly, it is interesting the role that mutual guarantee societies had within last years in stimulating the issue of debt instruments of Smes in the capital market, so facilitating the funding diversification process of such companies.
