Abstract: The gaming market has expanded rapidly in recent years. In its money transfer potential, the gaming industry is a sector bordering on finance. Licensed operators show a growing interest in payment institutions. Supervision must deal with the reliability, stability and efficiency of the gaming operators themselves.The gaming industry contends with serious problems of illegality and reputational risks. Corrective measures are possible to strengthen controls and to protect consumers/players
