Abstract:
Some macro factors such as the absence of public housing policies, the growth in the cost of housing, the job insecurity due to financial crisis have made in Italy traditional solutions to accessing housing not available for some parts of the population. It is therefore necessary to adopt innovative initiatives which try to respond to new housing demand. In Italy Social Housing is still an experimental field, though it has registered a significant increase over the last few years also on the basis of some important legislative changes occurred
