Abstract: Intesa Sanpaolo Protocol for Sustainable Development introduces and regulates, with an innovative approach, an unusual form of employment contract based on the coexistence of a part-time subordinate employment relationship and a self-employment relationship for the conduct of a financial advisory activity. An innovation which could open new perspectives for work organization in the current banking scenario
