The banking products consumer protection after the crisis. The case of the Us Consumer Financial Protection Bure

Abstract: The establishment of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is part of the Us financial system reform project and has been strongly supported by the Obama administration to streamline the existing rules and to realize consumer financial education and protection after the crisis. It testifies, moreover, the great importance that is given to the question of a proper treatment of consumers in the long term stability of the financial system
