Abstract: Le nostre giornate sono già di 36 ore e non di sole 24. Lo rileva l’ultima ricerca Cisco Visual Networking Index 2008-2013. Tra cinque anni potremo contare ogni giorno su 48 ore se continueremo a vivere e a lavorare connessi on line. In linea con questa prospettiva tutto quanto si registra nell’home banking e nei call center bancari, come rivelano alcune indagini dell’ABI.
