BANCARIA, 2008, vol. 11, 3-12

Abstract: It is the time for rethinking the international institutional framework organization. The financial system is global and the integration of international financial markets must be protected because it is and will be an important developing factor. Institutions had to change in order to make on time and coordinated actions when a financial crisis occurs. Italian banks are members of the world financial system but they are affected only minimally by mistakes and distortions. The Bank of Italy made the correct supervision in order to do not allow that errors in other financial systems occur also in Italy
