Abstract: Financial intermediaries are applying technological innovations to Financial advice, also pushed by Fintech companies’ competition. Technologies should be implemented in the financial advisory process considering: the business model and the level of digitization already achieved; technologies related to financial advice, such as the blockchain, big data analytics, social networks; variables that can contribute to reinforce trust, communication and transparency
