Abstract:
Corporate governance and the suitability of members of the management bodies are key issues for both investors and international standards-setters, such as the Basel Committee and the Financial Stability Board. Recent international principles and guidelines concern: the main processes of risks measurement and management in banks, the decisionmaking process of the Board of Directors, with the transition to Ifrs9, the provisions for Non Performing Loans. It is therefore desirable to achieve an harmonized, coherent and transparent set of rules
