Abstract:
Blended finance funds are a promising approach to mobilising additional resources and towards the Sustainable Development Goals in developing countries, aggregating funding with different objectives and expectations and sharing risks among investors. A recent Oecd survey provides an up-to-date picture of blended finance, focusing on the risks incurred by vehicles and how they can leverage private capital more effectively, and exploring their impact in terms of sustainable development
