Abstract:
In 2012, European banks have implemented sharp cost reductions strategies and introduced profound changes, influencing personnel policies and wages. Italian banks are facing a difficult challenge and are taking actions to pursue significant levels of profitability and giving a contribution to recovery, thus creating concrete employment and development opportunities
