Abstract: The implementation by banks of the ecclesiastic teachings in economic and financial matters, inspired by the principles of friendship, solidarity and reciprocity, is connected to concrete initiatives in order to help people in distress for work, family, health, and women, more responsible in managing household financial resources. In particular, paying attention to the social sector, and to credit granting models based on cooperation with Foundations and Assistance Organizations and specific training of employees and consultants
