Gender policies in the Italian credit sector: towards equivalence

Abstract: The gap between the activity rate for women and men is still high in Italy. By contrast, in the banking sector, this gap is in constant decline. The current recruitment policies of banks could lead in the near future to a substantial equivalence of men and women.
