Abstract: Construction industry makes an important contribution to the Italian Gdp, as well to employment. However, during the recent crisis, the sector fell into a deep downturn, for a mix of factors: the production decline, the small size of enterprises, the increasing level of Npls, the lack of a financial culture. Nonetheless, the sector still maintains a key role for the economy in Italy. It is therefore important to foster the growth of financial planning and business culture in the sector, in order to establish a new credit relation
