Abstract:
Construction industry makes an important contribution to the Italian Gdp, as well to employment. However, during the recent crisis, the sector fell into a deep downturn, for a mix of factors: the production decline, the small size of enterprises, the increasing level of Npls, the lack of a financial culture.
