Economic Studies journal, 2001, issue 2, 46-76
Abstract:
The position of Bulgarian science and scientific research is analyzed. The accent is on some problematic moments concerning the crash in financing of scientific research and as a result of this - the unsatisfactory position of research workers and specialists. Special attention is fo-cused on the state participation in the development of the science in situation of economic cri-sis. Lay special emphasis on the fact that there is a lack of national strategy and policy in this direction. Some proposals are given how the destructive process in the area science could get over.
