Abstract:
In the contemporary economy, effective management plays a key role in driving business growth. According to the theory of human capital, this study aims to evaluate how managerial educational level and experiences affect the efficiency and effectiveness of business management in Kosovo. Using a research model validated through questionnaire data and SPSS analysis, the study aims to improve management practices. The questionnaire, distributed among 34 large Kosovar companies, revealed that the expertise of managers is positively related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise. This analysis sheds light on the interplay between managerial education, experience and enterprise performance, aiming to strengthen organizational outcomes in Kosovo.
