Abstract:
This study analyses the development of the scientific literature dedicated to the integration of third-country nationals into the labour market of the European Union through the application of a bibliometric approach. The aim is to identify the main thematic areas, patterns of scientific collaboration, and research trends in this field of study. The analysis is based on publications indexed in the Dimensions database for the period 2020-2025. As a result of applying specific selection criteria, a total of 205 scientific publications were identified, forming the empirical basis of the study. The specialised software VOSviewer was used for processing and analysing the bibliographic data, enabling the visualisation of scientific networks and the identification of the main thematic clusters within the scientific literature. The results of the study indicate a renewed and intensified scholarly interest in this topic during the period 2020-2025, as well as clearly defined international research networks concentrated primarily in European countries. The findings contribute to a better understanding of the thematic directions and the development of scientific research on the subject and may serve as a basis for future studies in this field.
