Main Elements for Differentiated and Integrated Management of the Change

Abstract:
The article draws the attention to two extreme variants for management of the change – on one side, the revolution reorganization of the enterprise, and on the other hand – the evolution conception for development of the organization. Each variant requires the presence of power promoter, process promoter and promoter-specialist, for a change to be realized. The changes in the strategies, structures/processes and the culture of the enterprises should be supported through an active management of the personnel. Stated are some supporting points (development of the personnel, stimuli systems, decrease of the personnel) for the realization of a supporting the process of change management of the personnel.
