Problems of the 2003 Rural Economy Census as Viewed by the Taxpayer

Abstract: The first part of this article discusses the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests to provide conditions for a relevant planning of the forthcoming 2003 Rural Economy Sensus in Bulgaria, as the inquiry carried out for this purpose was an investigation failure. The second part of the article considers the conditions and measures, which can render the census successful.
