Approaches for Drafting of Teams

Abstract:
The philosophy of the team is examined in the context of the new realities. The focus is on the necessity of working in a team on consultancy basis as a basic factor of organizational perfection. Eight practices are summarizad which overcome the internal organizational shortsightedness, minimize the risk connected with the transformation and move on the working group on the curved line of team perfection. The general imposing conclusion is that forming teams is an important condition in the process of organizational change. The intensive managerial efforts in this respect include substantial changes in the strategy, structure, technology, personnel and culture. The analyzed models of drafting teams synthesize different solutions implemented in the social practice. The techniques of group development are summarizad in four models for drafting teams: setting of targets, solution of problems, interpersonal and role models. A specific issue of team drafting is the selection of a relevant organizational structure generating perfection within strictly defined limits, while the teams effect the connection for attaining of new levels of effectiveness.
