Optimizing the Restructuring Process of the Economic Development

Assen Kovatchev

Economic Thought journal, 2011, issue 5, 21-33

Abstract: The optimized restructuring of economy in the course of its productive development is addressed in the context of the dynamic theory of the identified systems. It is presented as a binary process of generating targeted quantitative and qualitative changes, of the marketed production and of the recurrently rebalanced resources, as well as in the model - algorithmic aspect. The standard classical approach “ceteris paribus”, incorporated in the linear programming methods is compared to the systematic-structural approach, developed by the author, as specified in details in the RPSD iterative algorithm, and advantages thereof are proven.
