Deficiencies in the state pension system and the Silver Fund

Abstract: The article deals with the nature and sets out an analysis of the current pension system and the Silver Fund in Bulgaria. It also outlines the prospects for its development in the future. The Silver Fund is a part of the pension system by virtue of its very purpose of guaranteeing the stability of the State pension system
