Functional managerial approach and organizational programming

Abstract: The article justifies the need for development and implementation of a newfunctional managerial approach - organizational programming. It studies thesignificance of management cycles for organizational behavior optimizationand provides a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the meta-InformationTechnology (IT) framework of organizational sustainability. This frameworkhelps programme the organizational process. Organizational programming isaccomplished through a strategic cluster analysis of corporate indicators andbusiness processes that heighten the level of economic activity in differentorganizational context.
