The regulatory role of the state for its environmental policy

Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of the state regulatory functions as regards environmental security. It focuses on the necessity of the implementation of regulatory measures due to the globalizing nature of the ecological problems. Several basic concepts are presented, which are related to environmental security, as well as to their importance for the state policy. The main goal of state regulation in the field of environmental security is the transition to sustainable development of the socio-economic system.
