Abstract:
The possibilities for increasing the potential of the organizations from the industrial sector of Bulgaria for the development of human capital have been explored. The leading argument is that the strategic goal of the companies to achieve and increase their competitiveness requires adequate policies and resulting mechanisms aimed at increasing the share of human capital holders. Significant scientific statements about human capital are presented. The key policies and mechanisms in human resources management in industrial organizations are analyzed. The real problem areas, limiting the development of human capital in organizations, are systematized and some solutions for their overcoming are offered with arguments.
