Corporate social responsibility in the services sector

Abstract: Some theoretical concepts related to the concept of "Corporate Social Responsibility" are considered. Based on a review of the literature on the topic, the main areas of corporate social responsibility are outlined. The structure and content of the websites of the Bulgarian mobile operators are examined, thereby checking whether and to what extent they are involved in issues concerning corporate social responsibility.
