Governing sustainability through controlled going back

Abstract: The problem of the sustainability of the management process and the dependency in human relations in social systems is defined. The causes of the misunderstood policy are analysed Problems in the implementation of tasks are examined through the prism of team work. All this justifies controlled going back as a factor for governing sustainability under certain circumstances (as defined in the study).
