Social innovations in the employment policies in Bulgaria

Pobeda Lukanova

Economic Thought journal, 2019, issue 5, 3-23

Abstract: An analysis is made of the social innovations that have already been implemented after 2007, summarising their positive sides and their weaknesses. On this basis, and considering the employment prospects after 2020, the requirements for a more active use of the innovative process in the employment policies in Bulgaria are outlined.
