Abstract: This systematic review examines the impact of occupational stress on employee performance across various sectors, including health, education, IT, manufacturing, and service industries. By analyzing data from multiple studies, this review identifies common stressors and their effects on performance, highlighting sector-specific challenges. The findings suggest that while some stressors are universal, others are sector-specific, necessitating tailored interventions to mitigate stress and enhance performance.
