Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the Perceived Stress Levels of Contract Personnel in Public Health Institutions on the Intention to Leave work through graduate thesis studies prepared in Turkey on the effect of the perceived stress of contract personnel employed in public health institutions on the intention to leave work.
