Abstract: The proposed research paper offers theoretical information, practical ideas and survey strategies related to the effective survey of teachers and students. The study will analyze ways to support teachers and students so as to improve academic performance and quality of education. In addition it will involve the development of research into the critical abilities of students through the correct formulation of questions. The aim is to emphasize the importance of questions that ultimately contributes to improving the performance and quality of students' knowledge. It will result in, learners achieving the necessary educational goals and learning outcomes, providing methodological assistance to teachers and offering effective strategies for the development of correct questions at each stage of the lesson. Well thought-out questions generate new ideas, lead to discussion and help in the comprehensive study of topics. Poorly formulated questions complicate learning, confuse students and limit their creative thinking. (e.g. Dillon, 1988; Graesser and Person, 1994). Based on the study, it was found that many teachers often use simple questions based on specific knowledge answers, rather than complex questions that lead to deep understanding of students and solving various problems that involve analysis and evaluation of concepts. (e.g. Cuccio-Scirripa and Steiner, 2000). In this regard, the proposed research work includes theoretical and practical content that enhances the ability to correctly formulate questions by teachers. In research work: psychological security issue; the balance issue (balance); while waiting for the response; discusses the strategy of forming questions on the example.
