Abstract: Nowadays, especially in modular modality, students tend to procrastinate or to delay a certain work that needs to be accomplished on a certain deadline. It is a behavioral problem that occurs in every individual. The research design of this study utilized the phenomenological method to determine the Procrastination attitude of the students in a modular distance learning modality in The Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. The participants of this study composed of 10 Senior High School students. The data obtained identified emergent themes clustered into three, namely: Diligence, Honesty, and Hope. Based on the results, one of the existing behaviors that any person could have, with or without their knowledge, and became the major problem of everyone, especially to every student, is procrastination.
